Payment Methods:
Please do not use any coupons or discounts on your wholesale order.
Please do not use Klarna, ClearPay or PayPal to pay for your wholesale order.
Minimum Order Limits & Landed Terms:

*** Our listed wholesale prices are exclusive of VAT/GST/sales tax/import tax/customs duties. For UK orders, a VAT line item will be added at checkout. For USA and Australia orders, we take care of shipping and all import taxes and customs duties on the order. For Europe and Rest of World orders, you will be billed for import taxes and duties by the courier – according to your local rules these import taxes can usually be offset against your own sales tax bill.
Packaging:
All orders (each individual piece) will be provided along with a free RJ branded pouch. The pouches are eco, black cotton with our gold logo.
Lead Times:
Lead time is 5 weeks for brass pieces, 6 weeks for gold plated pieces. If your order contains both brass and gold plated pieces then please take lead time as 6 weeks for the entire order, unless by prior agreement – we are happy to arrange split shipments, quoting and charging shipping on each additional shipment.
Repairs or Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If an item arrives and is either damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days and we will replace the item.
If you have sold an item on to a customer and that item then shows a fault within 1 year of purchase*, please contact us with your customers proof of purchase + a photograph and full description of the issue and we will endeavour to resolve the issue either via yourselves or you can put us in touch directly with your customer. If your customer has an issue with their jewellery later than 1 year from physically receiving the goods or would like to arrange a refurbishment or repair at any time, please do put us in touch. We are always keen to help.
*This 1 year guarantee applies from the date your customer receives their purchase. Not from the date you receive your wholesale order. We appreciate that goods can take varying times to sell, so we hope this guarantee brings peace of mind to our retailers.
