Shipping policy
Order Production
All our jewellery is made by a small team of master craftspeople based in England. Most of our designs are held in stock, part finished, just requiring a little time be finished as per your order and carefully packed before despatching to you.
Please see each product for specific production times. Note that order production times are in addition to shipping times (see below). Production and shipping times are estimated and are subject to change, however we will always endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that if you order multiple items, each with different production times, then the production time of the whole order will be according to the item with the longest production time. You can of course order items separately so that you receive each of them as fast as possible – but each separate order will be subject to its own shipping costs as determined at checkout.
Shipping Times
We provide carbon offset shipping on all orders - see our ethics & sustainability page for more information.
Note that shipping times are estimated and are in addition to order production times, which are viewable on each specific product page. Please proceed through checkout before committing to buy in order to see the costs of the various shipping options as they vary from location to location.

Tracking information will be emailed upon order dispatch. Once your order has dispatched, if it has not arrived after the estimated time for your chosen shipping option, please first check the tracking link in your order dispatch email. Tariffs, Taxes and Duties
We cover all import tariffs, taxes and customs duties for all orders placed with us (except for wholesale orders). The price you pay at checkout is final, no nasty surprises on delivery! In the age of Brexit and Trump, we are glad to be able to provide this service to our many hugely valued customers based worldwide.
The courier may request some identification from you in order to deliver your order. This is only for the records of the customs agency in your country. To ensure smooth and speedy delivery, please be ready to provide one of the following (in order of preference):
- Personal Tax #
- Employment Tax #
- National ID Card #
- Passport #
- Driving License #
Please note that for wholesale buyers, we operate a different system regarding the handling of customs procedures and costs, so please refer to our wholesale terms in that case.
Shipping Responsibility
We will ensure that all required documentation and customs declarations are correctly completed on our side of the shipping process.
However, it is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Provide an accurate and complete delivery address;
- Comply with any local import requirements or regulations;
- Promptly supply any information requested by customs or the courier;
- Ensure that delivery by the courier is accepted and not refused or obstructed at any point in transit.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, or returned to us due to failure to meet any of the above requirements, it will not be eligible for a refund. We will hold the goods pending reshipment at the customer’s expense. Additional shipping charges will apply.
